At HALLINS, people and art are our passion. We strive to be the conduit to positive change for individuals in under-served groups by providing educational and artistic events that inspire and empower them to improve their lifestyles. From art events and festivals to mentoring, we seek to bring people together. Through creative initiatives and community partnerships, we cultivate an atmosphere that drives business, opens minds, and triggers growth within at-risk communities. We truly believe the best way to help ourselves is to help someone else.
Our mission is to provide the general public with programs in human/social welfare and events that educate the viability of under-served communities using art as a powerful vehicle to activate a stronger Nebraska.

At the LOVAM festival, there are no entry fees for attendees nor application fees for retail merchants, food trucks, minority-owned businesses, or small establishments seeking to be vendors. This inclusive approach ensures accessibility for individuals and vendors from disadvantaged backgrounds with limited financial means to freely participate at the festival. This investment in minority-owned businesses strengthens communities throughout Nebraska and positively enhances the economy impact of Omaha.
